We offer consulting services that allow our customers identify cost reduction within their supply chain, maintaining or improving the quality of their current products, with specific solutions for trading and production areas:

 

1. Trading area: We search specific products worldwide in order to find new supply alternatives for our customers thus expanding their product portfolio.

 

2. Production area: Our consulting team identifies opportunities for cost reduction within the supply chain by providing our customers with various alternatives of international suppliers who meet with the technical and quality specifications and bonds required by their respective production chain.

 

How we do it:

 

Our consultants work together with our customers’ staff whose main goal is gathering the information needed to do the following process:

 

  1. Information gathering: In this stage, we understand the specific needs of our customer, we identify the product to be found and its technical characteristics, volumes, price ranges, etc.
  2. Researching potential suppliers: Once the previous stage has finished, the International Business Management submits a group of five to ten organizations worlwide which are potential suppliers for our customer.
  3. Company screening: Once the group abovementioned has been located those companies are screened; we visit their facilities, study their  financial statements, check any certificates they may have such as CE, CCC, ISO, etc. We check their product quality, payment method, bonds to be given to our customers, and finally, we ask for a list of customers overseas whom they have exported their products to.
  4. Customer satisfaction checking: Once some companies are screened, we check the customer satisfaction of the rest of them by choosing randomly three to seven customers in different countries to confirm delivery times, quality, dispatch performance, bond quality, etc.
  5.  Awarded supplier: Once the previous process has finished, we present the chosen supplier to our customer with the product quotation, payment conditions, bond stipulation, etc.

 

 

International Trade

 

 

What we do:

 

Our Company has an important trade network with presence in three continents and more than 20 countries, with consultants specialized on opening trade channels for our customer’s products in each country where we currently operate.

 

How we do it:

 

We have developed our own method to ensure success when opening a new market for our customers’ products. Our consulting team works jointly with our customer’s commercial team and the following phases are carried out:

 

  1. Information gathering: In this phase, we intend to thoroughly understand the product, its main features and characteristics, the market and the country or countries where it is currently being traded, the new country or countries where it is to be included and, in general, all the essential commercial and marketing information for carrying out Phase II of marketing research.
  2. Marketing Research Proposal: We submit all the information gathered in Phase I to a marketing research expert team in the country or countries in which our customers want a product to be included. Based on that information, we make a marketing research service proposal which will allow us to have the information needed for decision making together with our customer’s top management on how to be a part of that new market.
  3. Marketing Research: The marketing research consulting team performs the survey submitted to our customer in the target country, and the results are given to the customer with sufficient information so that our customer’s top management knows how to get in such market.
  4. Adapting marketing strategy and product design: Based on the results from the market research we advise our customer on how to adapt the marketing strategy and product design so that its success in that country where our customer wants to get in is guaranteed.
  5. Finding a trading representative and distributor:  Once the previous stage has finished and upon our customer’s request, we perform a selection process that allows us to present the right candidate who is to represent in a territory specified by our customer’s product, i.e. in charge of its representation and distribution.
